Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Dario Slack app and dashboard (“the Service”), operated by Deepnote. By installing or using Dario you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, your organization.

The service

Dario is an AI assistant that operates inside Slack workspaces you control. It answers when asked and, where you enable it, proactively offers help in channels you have invited it to. You decide which channels Dario can see and how autonomous it is allowed to be.

Your responsibilities

• Only connect workspaces and channels you are authorized to connect.
• Review AI-generated output before relying on it. Dario is designed to be careful, but answers may contain errors — they are assistance, not professional advice.
• Do not use the Service to violate law, Slack’s terms, or third-party rights.
• Keep your dashboard credentials and Slack workspace access secure.

AI output

Output is generated by machine-learning models and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Where Dario takes actions (such as creating tickets), those actions are logged and, by default, require human approval. You are responsible for decisions made based on the Service’s output.

Data

Our handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy. You retain all rights to your content; you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service for your workspace.

Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update the Service and these terms; material changes will be communicated to workspace administrators in advance where practical.

Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of the Service is limited to the amounts paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may stop using Dario at any time by uninstalling it from your workspace. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.
